There are 45 newly-constructed units available under the affordable housing lottery, which includes eight studio apartments, 14 one-bedroom apartments, and 23 two-bedroom apartments.
How much do they cost?
The most affordable units are for families earning 75% of the Area Median Income. Studios will cost you $1,828, and one-bedroom apartments will cost you $1,954 if you make between $66,995 and $76,090 per year. The two-bedroom apartments are going for $4,434 for a two-person household making between $152,023 and $161,590 annually.
