If you were a fan of the Bronx Zoo's new float debut at this year's Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, you will be particularly delighted by this bit of news: the iconic zoo is gearing up to launch a novel exhibit about the universe of nocturnal animals in the summer of 2025.

We don't know much about the production just yet, which will be aptly named "World of Darkness"—but if all the other exhibits at the zoo are of any indication, we're sure this latest one will delight and entertain both kids and adults.

"All over our planet, animals have evolved a variety of fascinating body features, behaviors and senses to help them survive in the dark," reads an official description of the upcoming production. "This summer, step into the dark with us and discover the mysteries, adaptations and surprises of wildlife thriving in darkness."

They had us at "new exhibit" but, alas, that description sounds fascinating.

While we wait for this summer's debut at the Bronx Zoo, though, you will find us perusing through more "traditional" exhibitions across NYC museums or, perhaps, diving into some of the best immersive experiences in NYC right now.

What can we say? There must be a reason why New York City was just ranked the number one destination to visit in 2025: there is just so much to do around here!
