Subway schedule: Here are all the planned service changes to keep in mind when commuting this week

There's nothing more frustrating than starting your daily commute only to discover that the MTA has rolled out a series of adjustments that disrupt your usual routine.

To help you avoid that annoyance, we've compiled a list of all the service updates the agency has already announced for this week.
