If you haven’t yet ripped and dipped a famous PopUp bagel into one of its signature shmears, a chance to indulge in New York’s most popular bagel (without the hours-long wait) can be yours this weekend.

Caviar Kaspia New York, the luxe Caviar boutique and restaurant at The Mark Hotel has partnered with this summer’s most viral bagel for a limited-edition, weekend-only caviar bagel. And unlike the TikTok famous tear and dip bagels, this bagel is actually a breakfast sandwich.

The decadent collaboration will feature a freshly baked everything PopUp Bagel loaded with plain schmear, smoked salmon and 20 grams of Baeri Caviar.

Sold for $55, the bagel is only available for pre-order and for pickup and takeout at Caviar Kaspia on the Upper East Side from 9am to 11am on Fridays and Saturdays only. Luckily, Central Park is nearby for an idyllic setting in which to enjoy this over-the-top bagel.

The collab kicks off on Friday, August 4, and will be available every Friday and Saturday for the rest of the summer.

Pre-orders will open via Resy during the week prior, to reserve your bagel in advance. Bagel reservations are first come, first serve and will be available until sold out. Bagels come as described and cannot be modified. Desired pick-up time must be selected at the time of booking and orders will be collected via a pick-up window.

Should you be looking for a more humble bagel, Popup Bagels’ newest and only New York City location is now open in the West Village at 177 Thompson St. Weekend lines can exceed over an hour for the hot baked bagels and homemade schmears (in flavors including cacio e pepe butter and roasted red pepper cream cheese), designed to be dippable with pieces of bagel. Two dozen bagels plus two spreads can be pre-ordered for $42, with the option to add additional bagels, spreads and smoked fish.
