Opening on Saturday, May 26, the 137-foot Astro Tower promises to deliver the live-action death drop rush you've been craving, all just around the corner from the Cyclone and the Thunderbolt. The tower references the Tower to the Stars Astro Tower from Coney Island's original years as Astroland. The original tower was taken down in 2013 due to concerns about structural integrity, but the new ride promises all the Steve Guttenberg/Kirsten Dunst thrills you could ever wish for.
