[title]
This November, the New York Comedy Festival will take over the city’s best comedy clubs for a stacked week of shows. Now in its 15th year, the ever-expanding fest goes down with 100 shows November 5–11.
Here's how it breaks down: The festival announces its household-name headliners for its big shows, which go on sale on August 13. Then, as November approaches, some of our favorite local comedians host special festival editions of their shows. Watch this space for more announcements.
As for the headliners, here’s the lineup:
Time Out cover stars Desus & Mero
Insecure queen Yvonne Orji
Tracy Morgan
Jo Koy
Marc Maron
Bryan Safi & Erin Gibson
Jason Mewes
Bill Burr
David Cross
Anthony Jeselnick
Conan O'Brien
Dan Harmon
Gabriel Iglesias
And, very notably, our Queer Eye cover angels Jonathan Van Ness and Antoni Porowski are hitting the Town Hall on November 10. We haven’t a clue what the hell those two are planning, but we will certainly be the first to greenlight this Aries/Pisces buddy cop movie.
Look out for massive shows at venues like Carolines on Broadway, the Beacon Theater and, in the case of our beloved homeboys Desus & Mero, the Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden on Saturday November 10!
