There's quite nothing like a promotion offering free books to the masses, especially when it lasts a few days.
#BookTok, the community of TikTok users who create and share videos about all things reading, is the inspiration behind the BookTok bus that will be rolling through New York City starting this Friday all throughout the weekend, allowing patrons to stop by inside to snag free copies of some of the most popular titles on the platform.
Given the fact that there are over 41 million posts tagged #BookTok on TikTok, we expect a ton of New Yorkers to flock to the mobile library this weekend.
In addition to the free tomes—which will be available on a first-come, first-served basis—folks on the bus will get to sip on hot chocolate and take pictures inside the on-site photo booth. It'll be a festive extravaganza fueled by a love for the literary!
