These pumpkin-spice dishes and drinks carved into menus across the city are not your typical Pumpkin Spice Lattes at Starbucks. Try ice cream sandwiches stuffed between pumpkin-cake layers or spiced martinis named after actual ghosts to get pumpkin-ing this fall.

Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream Cake Sandwich at Sherry B Dessert Studio
For a dessert that will give you all the chills, treat yourself to a scoop of homemade pumpkin-spice ice cream sandwiched between two layers of pumpkin cake. West Village (sherryb.com).  $8.

The Suitor Séance Martini at Delmonico’s
This cocktail is inspired by the scariest thing of all: being single in NYC. Dedicated to a pair of phantom spinster sisters, this martini is sweetened with vanilla vodka, pumpkin cordial and star anise. Financial District (delmonicos.com). $16.

Pumpkin Spice Frozen Latte at Refinery Rooftop
The ubiquitous PSL is given a boozy (and slushy) upgrade thanks to a heady mix of vodka, Mr. Black coffee liqueur, Baileys and a homemade pumpkin-spice syrup served with Empire State views. Midtown (refineryrooftop.com). $17.

Pumpkin Spice soft-serve at Oddfellows Ice Cream Co.
This scoop-shop darling is churning out a creamy, pumpkin-spice soft-serve  made with pumpkin puree and five-spice powder. Williamsburg (oddfellowsnyc.com). $5.

Spiced Pumpkin Old-Fashioned at DiWine
For the ultimate autumnal tipple, sip on this pecan-smoked old-fashioned spiked with belly-warming bourbon and finished with a house-made pumpkin-spice syrup. Astoria (diwineonline.com). $12.
