In just a few weeks, on March 7, a new music venue will revamp downtown Manhattan's scene when Soho Live will officially debut under Live Axe at 94 Lafayette Street.

Taking over the space formerly occupied by the beloved Santos Party House, the new venue will bring back live music to the location, hosting both larger and more intimate performances by all sorts of artists.
"As a live music fan, I wanted to create a space that combines high-end hospitality with stellar sound," said owner Zac Segal in an official statement. "I made it my mission to not solely serve one genre of music at Soho Live, but to serve a global audience with a wide-spectrum of acts to offer something for everyone."

The lineup is already looking stacked: on April 18, Masta Killa of the Wu-Tang Clan will perform his latest material in an intimate setting on site, for example. Isa Blues and Pat Byrne are also on the schedule, which you can browse through in full right here, among other musicians.

In addition to the wide range of musical offerings, including a 4,500-square-foot concert hall downstairs, the space will be the site of a variety of other activities like axe-throwing—all to be enjoyed while sipping on bespoke cocktails, of course.

Although NYC is home to countless nightlife destinations, there's something about a new music venue that feels so of-the-moment, as people seek shared experiences, especially ones almost entirely driven by the power of sound.
