You've probably grabbed a latte at Bluestone Lane, a wildly popular coffee shop that has quietly expanded throughout the city in the last couple of years. While the white-and-blue painted coffee shops are mostly confined to grab-and-go storefronts, but the group's larger cafés in the West Village and the Upper East Side include sit-down service for brunch and lunch.

However, none of the locations have been late-night haunts, serving only daytime snacks and coffee, and closing around 6pm each night. But that's about the change. The Australian coffee shop is opening its first full-on restaurant with sit-down dinner service and a bar menu on the Upper West Side.

Matching the breezy atmosphere of open walls, potted plants and ocean-blue banquettes, the health-conscious dinner menu appears to include lots of salads, burgers and grain bowls based on photos, though the official menu isn't out yet. Those dishes can be washed down with "cheeky" cocktails at the group's first bar in the city. Order glasses of Aperol spritzes, hibiscus sangrias or rum daiquiris for light nightcaps, or take advantage of the caffeine kings' skills by trying their espresso martini (which uses Bluestone Lane espresso). There's also a selection of Australian beer, sparkling wine and rosés.

Bluestone Lane Upper West Side opens this weekend at 417 Amsterdam Avenue. Check out more photos of the restaurant below:
