[title]
Following the footsteps of Queens Night Market and Brooklyn Night Bazaar, the Bronx is getting its very own late-night food and art festival this summer.
The reoccurring alfresco event will set up shop at Fordham Plaza, and is a collaborative effort between Edible Bronx magazine, creative agency BLOX and Fordham BID. Organizers plan to show off the best grub, art and shopping the borough has to offer. It’s totally free to attend, and there will be notable performers (DJs and live bands) at every iteration. You can expect at least 40 vendors like Triple Panna Ice Cream, Elotes, Empanology, City Tamale, MP Fish Fry & Soul (to name a few). Most of the food is priced in the $3, $5 and $7 range, so $20 is going to get you pretty far (and full).
It all begins at 4pm on June 30 and ends roughly at 10pm. The market is open the last Saturday of every month through October. For more information, check out thebronxnightmarket.com.
