One of the most iconic New York movies of all time is getting, well, the full New York treatment.
When Harry Met Sally—the classic 1989 rom-com starring Meg Ryan and Billy Crystal as two longtime friends navigating the blurry line between friendship and romance—will be screened at the Metrograph Theater at 7 Ludlow Street on the Lower East Side on April 23.
The screening kicks off at 6:30pm and is totally free to attend, courtesy of DKNY’s new campaign, "New York Stories." And the best part? Guests can expect complimentary treats, drinks and curated takeaway gifts as part of the experience.
You must be 21 or older to attend and, while the event is free, advance ticket reservations are required (grab yours right here). Heads up: entry is first-come, first-served—so plan accordingly.
Although this particular screening is happening indoors, we'd be remiss not to mention that the city is slowly entering its open-air movie night season—including the popular Rooftop Cinema Club series that has taken over terraces across town for quite a few years now.
Earlier today, the series announced its summer lineup, one that includes productions that will appeal to ‘90s kids, a Grease sing-along, Pride films, Wine Wednesdays and lots more. Read through it all right here.
Happy movie-going, New Yorkers!
