You don’t need to spend a lot of money to usher in the New Year in a classy and festive way. Make your way to Park Avenue for St. Bart’s Church free annual celebration, where organist William K. Trafka will play the works of Bach, Mendelssohn and Bridge, and at midnight go into a performance of Copland’s Fanfare for the Common Man. Trust us, a venue more grand or beautiful does not exist at any price. (TONY tip: Get there early to snag a seat in the middle rows for the best acoustics).
