Philadelphia's Seclusiasis crew—dedicated to low-end explorations and warped-rhythm research—heads up the turnpike to toss a Williamsburg edition of its Who Run It!? wingding, starring Philly future-bass ambassador Starkey, who's gearing up for the release of his fabulous new Space Traitor Vol. 1 EP on the Civil Music label. There's plenty more on tap as well, with San Fran's DNAEBEATS performing live, and Seclusiasis associates Sonkin, Siyoung and Knifeshow hitting the decks.
