WAFUNIF Arts for Peace Salon

The bright young violinist Jourdan Urbach, famous for using his substantial musical skills to make the world a better place, headlines this homage the U.N.’s peace-building efforts. The global mishmash also features performances by mezzo-soprano Gabriella Lowell, the improvisation-based Afro-Caribbean Experimental (ACE) collective and the Haitian-American chamber band the Phantoms, plus an exhibition of contemporary video art and digital images of works by Iranian women.
