Long Island City’s local version of the Riviera (well, sort of, if you squint your eyes enough) is where you’ll find the soulful-house-loving Vega Records gang, with Louie Vega and Anané joined by Louie Gorbea, Duce Martinez, Antonello Coghe, the French Twins and Water Taxi Beach resident Victor Franco.
