It's hard to imagine a happier band than Tilly and the Wall, a quintet from Omaha that features a tap dancer in place of the conventional drummer. They're in town to support their first record in four years, Heavy Mood (out on Team Love). Nicky Da B, a hyperenergetic, orange-haired NOLA MC affiliated with the bounce scene that also brought us Big Freedia, opens.
