One of the bands most emblematic of the mainstreaming of "alternative rock" in the late ’90s, Third Eye Blind found fame churning out hooky hits ("Jumper" is our favorite), spiked with just enough angst to make them sound believable, but not so much that Mom and Dad couldn't sing along.
