The New World Symphony: Dvorak in America

The Czechoslovak-American Marionette Theatre offers two preview performances this weekend of their stringed dramatization of the three years Antonin Dvorak spent living in, and learning about, indigenous American and transplanted African musical traditions. Selections from the composer's "American" works will be played live during the show.
