Soundscapist Marcia Bassett (of Hototogisu, Zaimph and others) and violinist Samara Lubelski (Tower Recordings, Hall of Fame) celebrate a luminous new drone LP, Sunday Night, Sunday Afternoon, in the company of fellow noise-scene luminaries the New Monuments (the trio of multi-instrumentalist C.
