It's been an unusually busy period of gigging for polymathic bassist-producer Bill Laswell. Last month, he turned up for a weeklong residency at the Stone; here he hops over to Saint Vitus for a show with the Blood of Heroes, a shadowy collective churning out—in typically Laswellian fashion—a dystopian amalgam of dub, hip-hop and industrial metal. On record, the group has featured everyone from Godflesh main man Justin Broadrick to former Pere Ubu bassist Tony Maimone, so it's anyone's guess who'll take the stage tonight.
