The Beets

Local indie-pop heroes the Beets, whose ravishing, ramshackle songs straddle the border of folk and punk, head a Hardly Art CMJ showcase at Death by Audio on Oct 17, and turn up at Shea Stadium on Oct 25. Rose Windows, the Moondoggies, Lost Animal and Hausu share the first bill, while Chasitity Belt, Pony Time, the Beer Shits and Haybaby join the second.
