Susan Alcorn and Sylvie Courvoisier

Alcorn is a mesmerizing pedal-steel player whose work can sound like the nexus of Indian classical music, John Fahey's acoustic guitar explorations and outer-limits free improv. She plays a duet with inventive pianist Courvoisier, who cut her teeth in the legendary John Zorn's experimental combos.
