SummerStage Gala: The Music of Simon & Garfunkel

Throughout the summer, the city throws more or less amazing concerts at Central Park and other parks around town. Tonight's opening Gala, produced by City Winery, helps fund things. The night features the songs of Queens' favorite folk duo—who once had its own show in the park, we hear. Ollabelle serves as the house band; performers include Aimee Mann, St. Vincent, Loudon Wainwright III, Joan Osborne, Alejandro Escovedo, Dean & Britta, the Holmes Brothers, Larry Campbell, Ben Gibbard, Ricky Skaggs and more.
