Ontario pop-punk stalwarts Sum 41—made infamous by frontman Deryck Whibley's doomed marriage to Avril Lavigne—might seem like yesteryear's news, but the band is determined to keep its early aughts skate punk alive. The tween-adored Canadian giants play in advance of a new album, 13 Voices, with metallic emo-rockers Senses Fail, a band that goes in for some grim histrionics, but musters its fair share of heartsick hooks, too. Fans of crunchy, lovelorn Warped Tour fare, this one's for you!
