Seasoned early-music excavator Benjamin Bagby makes a speciality of illuminating obscure corners of the pre-Baroque repertoire; in a Miller Theatre–produced concert titled "Voices from the Island Sanctuary," he and his excellent Sequentia cohorts fill Smoky Mary's with the sounds you might have heard at Notre Dame Cathedral during the 12th century.
