Salim Washington

Memphis-born, Detroit-raised and Boston-honed saxophonist and composer Salim Washington hits the Stone with two combos tonight. At 8pm he'll collaborate with violist Melanie Dyer and bassist Henry Grimes (who'll double on violin); the 10pm set finds Washington charging with bassist Juini Booth and drummer Tyshawn Sorey.
