National Sawdust hosts an evening of "electro-acoustic improvisation," a multimedia spectacle that generates visual patterns from resonances of sound waves. The program includes Cymatics (piano and electronics by Ola Gjeilo and Ricardo Romaneiro), John Hadfield's percussion-loop Phi 1.618, Jacqui Kerrod on electric harp in Wavelengths and the evening's namesake work, performed by Romaneiro. Christian Hannon provides the visuals.
