Lincoln Center Out of Doors. Wrapping up the Roots of American Music celebration as well as the entire Out of Doors series at Lincoln Center, this deeply funky lineup promises to be both extravagant and exuberant. Headliner Steve Cropper cut his teeth in Booker T. and the M.G.'s (and paid his bills with the Blues Brothers); here he mounts a live version of his star-studded recent LP, Dedicated, atop a roster of seasoned veterans and worthy upstarts. (A panel discussion featuring Stax Records and legendary producer Jim Dickinson will be held at 2pm at the David Rubenstein Atrium.)
