Currently in its eighth year, the Chicago-based punk-fest franchise debuts in Brooklyn with a strong lineup, featuring Gypsyfied party-starters Gogol Bordello and first-wave pop-punkers Descendents—each playing a full coheadlining set—as well as Florida post-hardcore stalwarts Hot Water Music, local indie faves Screaming Females and more.
