Alternate takes, limited represses and colored seven-inches… Yes, the eighth annual celebration of independent brick-and-mortar music shops hits NYC this Saturday, April 19. Participating will be vinyl slingers across the city, including Turntable Lab, Other Music, Bleecker Street Records and Rough Trade, whose all-day blowout will feature sets from Hospitality, Perfect Pussy, Betty Who and many more. HHR is, simply put, the best-priced, least-picked-over used-LP store in New York City—racks are stuffed with vinyl both obscure and classic. While it won't have any official RSD releases, the store will have a record maker pressing custom seven-inches on site. Noon–8pm.
