Recital Series: Rushes Ensemble

The bassoon septet Rushes Ensemble performs the piece for which they were formed, Bang on a Can composer Michael Gordon’s Rushes, in the hulking 1880 Park Avenue Armory, where his trademark heavy rhythms and interlocking phrases should sound wonderfully resonant.
