Ray Anderson and Sarah Weaver

Versatile trombone vet Ray Anderson teams up with composer-conductor Sarah Weaver to present The Point Being, a collaborative work realized by the pair along with saxists Jane Ira Bloom and Oliver Lake, trumpeter James Zollar, pianist Uri Caine, bassist Mark Helias and drummer Gerald Cleaver. The bill also features Slideride, a four-trombone quartet co-led by Anderson and Craig Harris.
