Ozzy Osbourne may not be the heavy-metal force he once was—a few too many seasons of The Osbournes on TV put paid to his dark-lord bona fides—nor is his latest album, Scream, on a level with his greatest achievements. Still, you can't scoff at anyone who comes prepared with two classic catalogs (Black Sabbath's and his own), as well as a timeless opener in Rob Halford of Judas Priest, who fronts the side-project band bearing his name.
