Obituary + Strong Intention

Obituary, a veteran Florida death-metal crew more concerned with menacing groove than breakneck speed, rolls through Greenpoint in the wake of a wildly successful Kickstarter campaign, during which it raised more than $60K to finance an upcoming self-released LP. We've got our fingers crossed for a few new songs in the set list, but either way, the band's live show is a zero-frills, skull-rattling blast. Strong Intention opens both of these shows, with White Widows Pact and Iron Force joining in on Oct 9, and Mutant Supremacy and Skullshitter joining the bill on Oct 10.
