One of the best young singer-songwriters in New York City, the fearless Nellie McKay comes to Joe's Pub with a thoroughly ironical, highly theatrical and completely bonkers new set, which refracts a 1958 death-row film drama through songs ranging from Irving Berlin to Jimi Hendrix. If you don't mind getting your gast flabbered, it's pretty terrific.
