National Sawdust Opening Night Concert

The opening night of what promises to be a new beacon for adventurous music in New York features appearances by vocalists Theo Bleckmann and Tanya Tagaq, composers Bryce Dessner and Nico Muhly and cellist Jeffrey Ziegler, as well as the wonderful pianist Stephen Gosling playing music by Paola Prestini, the driving force behind the club. At 11pm, '90s darlings Cibo Matto play a separate set.
