N.A.S.A. ("Nocturnal Audio and Sensory Awakening"), located at 6 Hubert Street in Tribeca—also the home of the Shelter, Area, Arc/Vinyl and so much more—was the clubland techno party of the early ’90s, at least as far as many New Yorkers of a certain age are concerned. One of the influential affair's main men, Scotto, is celebrating N.A.S.A.'s anniversary with what should be a stunning shindig. The night will feature sets from 808 State, the combo behind "Pacific State" and "Cubik"; Gotham techno godfather Joey Beltram; N-Joi, whose "Anthem" was indeed one of N.A.S.A.'s anthems; U.K. rave duo Altern 8; Amsterdam's Fierce Ruling Diva; Carlos Soul Slinger; and Alex English. Yowzah!
