Mission of Burma + Megafauna

In the early ’80s, fabled Boston combo Mission of Burma came out blazing with a bracing blend of cerebral experimentation and punk-derived aggression, then burned out prematurely. Since its 2002 reunion, the trio has roughly built upon its prior output with a series of powerful new LPs—the most recent being 2012's Unsound. These old dudes keep it fierce live; see them here if you haven't before.
