Exuberantly unhinged Toronto noise-punk trio METZ comes to town behind a Steve Albini–produced newie, Strange Peace. The band recorded the effort in just four days; later frontman Alex Edkins divulged it was the first time the band felt "confident enough to just play live and roll tape."
