Matt Haimovitz Plays Bach

Matt Haimovitz expands Bach's six cello suites to include counterpoint of location and even other composers. Over two nights, he'll play the six solo studies along with complimentary overtures commissioned from Philip Glass, Mohammed Fairouz and others, and during the days he'll be performing them in various locales on the Columbia University campus.
