Making Music: Jörg Widmann

Equally adept as a clarinetist and composer, Widmann gets the royal treatment during this retrospective featuring four of his pieces. Rife with eerie soundscapes and extended techniques, they'll be performed by soprano Claron McFadden, pianists András Schiff and Shai Wosner, the Parker Quartet, and Widmann himself.
