Linedy Genao: Songs from My Sala

Linedy Genao was the first Latina woman to originate a leading role in an Andrew Lloyd Webber show on the Great White Way, but her Cinderella story had a less-than-happy ending when that show turned out to be 2023's short-lived Bad Cinderella. No matter: The talented singer-actor has landed on her feet, and will step into the role of Myrtle Wilson in Broadway's The Great Gatsby at the end of March. Before then, though, she's popping into Joe's Pub to share stories and songs from her Dominican-American heritage and beyond.
