Kings of Leon

Kings of Leon used to be a sweat-soaked garage-rock outfit—their second record, Aha Shake Heartbreak, being a standout—but since have drifted into arena-rock territory. While we don't perceive this as a particularly artistic move on their latest, Come Around Sundown, we're probably drowned out by thousands of people screaming the lyrics to "Sex on Fire." Regardless, the Leon boys certainly do package a lot of old-school guitar licks into their stadium-sized affairs.
