John Hollenbeck Fest

Drummer-composer John Hollenbeck takes up residency at Cornelia for a three-night mini fest. On Jan 9 and 10, he heads his signature band, the Claudia Quintet, which combines proggy grooves, floating harmonies and searching improv into a cohesive amalgam that's unlike anything else in or out of town. On Jan 11, Hollenbeck turns his attention to the Refuge Trio, his collaboration with vocalist Theo Bleckmann and keyboardist Gary Versace.
