Former Dead Kennedys mouthpiece Jello Biafra continues to release zanily subversive political-punk broadsides, and while his shtick may have worn thin over the years, the wobbly-voiced provocateur sounds admirably energized at the helm of the Guantanamo crew. Aptly named Michigan hardcore old-schoolers Negative Approach, reunited in the midaughts, sound about as belligerent as ever.
