James Blood Ulmer Trio

Guitarist James Blood Ulmer has been squaring the circle between down-home blues and outward-bound jazz for decades. Expect more skewed yet rootsy goodness here, as the veteran axman heads a trio with bassist Mark Peterson, drummer G. Calvin Weston (Ulmer's fellow Ornette Coleman collaborator) and guest vocalist Queen Esther.
