Israel Vibration

Veteran Jamaican reggae duo Israel Vibration comprises Cecil "Skelly" Spence and Lascelle "Wiss" Bulgin; the pair met as children at a rehab center when they suffered from polio, and drew on the Rastafarian faith as they recovered—which of course finds its way into their dub-heavy music.
