Helen Sung Quintet

Pianist and composer Helen Sung has made a big impression with her accomplished acoustic-jazz albums and complementary live work; she's also been known to plug in and let fly with an electric combo at times. Here, she goes the former route, supporting her crisp, lively and eclectic latest, Anthem for a New Day, with help from saxist Seamus Blake, trumpeter Mike Rodriguez, bassist Reuben Rogers and drummer Obed Calvaire.
