TullyScope Festival. After last season’s spellbinding multimedia happening Stifters Dinge, German conceptual composer Heiner Goebbels is back to close out the TullyScope Festival. Contemporary-music specialists the London Sinfonietta join forces with the period-instrument Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment to offer the New York premieres of his Baroque-inflected Songs of Wars I Have Seen, based on Gertrude Stein’s nonlinear World War II memoir, and Sampler Suite, which remixes recordings of Jewish cantors from the 1920s and 1930s.
